Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born October 4, 1979, is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99) and Josie and the Pussycats (2000), as well as in the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. The series began with the English version Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a weaver and cook instructor. Cook is part Italian. Cook first was featured in an announcement of public service for foster care at seven years of age. She then began her career as a child print model when she was 10, appearing in nationwide ads for Target and appearing on the boxes of Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School, Laurel Springs School, and Minneapolis South High School.
